L-3 Communications

This March Bob had the opportunity to work with AMI, a division of L-3 Communications. AMI is a leading supplier of integrated electromechanical assemblies to commercial and military prime contractors. They are located in Broken Arrow, OK. After fighting the late March snow storms, Bob was thrilled to be working with the wonderful folks at AMI.

Business Solutions Through Group Facilitation

Taking Training To Another Level

When the stakes are high, consider group facilitation as an alternative to training. Facilitation can be used with diverse, common and cross functional teams (or individuals) across all levels of an organization. Bob can tap into your group's “Best Collective Thinking Solutions”, using facilitated group sessions.

If a challenge similar to one listed below; is new, persistent, reoccurring or growing within your organization, a facilitated group session may be the answer.
• Cost reductions
• Human or business issues related to
o Performance
o Results
o Reorganization
• New business changes or complexities
• Multi-Generational Diversity
• Business process changes
• Business positioning
• Creative thinking or problem solving

“Best Collective Thinking Solutions” are generated when the right talent from within an organization intersects with a quality facilitator who’s designed a well thought out plan and possess the talent to stay neutral, focused, engaging and energetic. Bob has the unique talent of talent required for drawing out the best in people. It’s up to you to put his talents to work for your organization.
